Which exterior job should be done first?
Anything that keeps water out comes before anything cosmetic. There is no value in painting a wall that a failing gutter is about to soak, so the sequence usually runs drainage, then repair, then finish.
Why did the last exterior paint job fail so quickly?
Most often preparation, moisture still in the substrate, or coating applied outside the temperature the product needs. We check all three before quoting rather than after.
Can exterior work be done in stages?
Yes, and for larger properties it often makes budget sense. We will tell you which parts are safe to postpone and which ones cost more the longer they wait.
